The Owner Referral Program allows you to earn discounts on your management fees by referring other property owners to Vacay! Rental Network. With enough referrals, you can reduce your management fees to zero!
Simply refer other property owners to Vacay! using your unique referral link. As your referrals join and list their properties with us, you’ll move up in status, earning discounts on your management fees with each new status.
To completely eliminate your management fee, you need to reach the Gold Tier by referring a total of 12 property owners (direct + indirect referrals).
- Bronze: Refer 3 owners to earn a 5% discount on your management fee.
- Silver: Accumulate 9 total referrals (direct + indirect) to earn an additional 5% discount (total 10%).
- Gold: Reach 12 total referrals (direct + indirect) to earn a final 5% discount, eliminating your management fee completely.
Yes! You can refer property owners directly, and your referrals can also refer others. Both direct and indirect referrals count toward your total.
Only active referrals contribute to your status progress and fee discounts. If a referred owner leaves, your discount will be adjusted according to your remaining active referrals.
Making a referral is easy! Share your unique referral number via email, social media, or directly with property owners you know. They’ll be able to sign up through the following link, and you’ll receive credit once they join.
